Saturday was more painting of walls and being with family. Technically I probably did a mile with my lawn-mowing and other chores, but as I did not specifically measure it, I'm choosing not to add it. I focused more on reading my Nick book, trying to catch up. The Headspace is still hard to make time to do. I guess I'm feeling less stressed in my life, so it's harder to put it into my schedule.
Day 21, Sunday, I rocked it in the reading department. I've determined a 'novel' concept (pun intended of course)--what if I were to actually get ahead in my reading? How great would that be? I've been too focused on getting my % or 10 pages in--just doing the minimum. But going a little above and beyond could go a long way.
I've not walked every day, but I still could get 100 miles--in fact, I intend to! I'm going to chance up my Headspace this week and shoot for doing it between 12-1 PM every day. We'll see if I'm more consistent.
Overall, 21% of the way through my journey, even though I'm not completely consistent, it has been good for me! I've noticed a difference in my testimony of Christ, my sense of peace, and also a greater sense of purpose. It's made a difference to have goals I'm thinking about and working toward. Looking forward to the next 79 days.
