Day 22 started out alright--I parked my car at least half a mile away from work so I would be sure to get my mile in, and on the way back to my car, I read a little bit. But by nighttime, I felt so tired, all other reading was tossed out the window. I didn't stick to my lunch time Headspace.
Day 23, I hit a complete and total wall. Whatever the tiredness was from the end of Day 22, literally hit like a ton of bricks. I could scarcely get out of bed. I had no desire at all during the day to do any of the challenges and couldn't seem to force myself into them. I think how the morning goes makes all the difference. Not sure what exactly happened, but I've got to figure out how I'm going to shake it off so I can get back on track. Almost 1/4 through. 100 days really is a LONG time.
