As you can see by the numbers, I've got to change something, or else I'm on a sinking ship. I've missed 2 days of Headspace, 3 days of physical, and 3 days of intellectual. I've got running and reading to make up. It's been challenging to keep things up with busy days going on and feeling tired in the evenings. As I've mentioned before, unless I hit things early on, the harder and harder it is to do it.
I'm also just trying to find balance in life in general. Last night I was faced with the choice of hanging out with my kids and watching a show my wife and I like, and I chose the show instead of walking. It just means if I'm going to end with the totals I'm shooting for, then I need to step it up.
